李寶怡 Bovey Lee
李寶怡為生於香港的剪紙藝術家，現於美國賓夕法尼亞匹茲堡從事藝術創作。畢業於中文大學藝術系，並於柏克萊加州大學完成藝術碩士課程。1997開始研習數碼藝術並於普瑞特藝術學院取得第二個碩士學位。2000年移遷到美國匹茲堡。
Born in Hong Kong, Bovey Lee is a cut paper artist based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her first Master of Fine Arts degree was earned in the University of California at Berkeley and the second MFA in digital arts at Pratt Institute. In 2000, she moved to Pittsburgh.
承載天空 Carry the Sky
作品主要概念是將藝術、歷史、地理及該區的城市規劃結合。荔枝角的俯瞰地圖外型令我聯想到抽象化的幾何雀鳥圖案。我會將這個像雀鳥外型的荔枝角區輪廓重疊、旋轉和調整向度，讓它們更有自然、飛翔與動態的感覺，並將它們貼於大樓的玻璃幕牆。
The artwork is to connect art with the history, topography and urban development of the region. Lai Chi Kok’s aerial view reminds me of an abstracted and geometric bird. I arrange the bird-like shapes onto the glass walls of the building by repetition, rotation and adjusting perspectives of the shapes to create a sense of nature, flight, and movement.

朱卓慧於香港中文大學藝術系畢業後，遊走於創意文化領域，包括平面設計、藝術創作、藝術行政工作及繪畫教授等。近年則埋首於雕塑創作及展覽策劃。
After
getting her bachelor degree from the Fine Arts Department of The Chinese University of Hong
Kong, Chu has gained in-depth experience in the creative fields, including graphic
design, art
creation, art administration and art teaching. She has been focusing on sculpture
and curating exhibition in recent years.

從坑口、將軍澳及西貢區取得靈感，把它們的位置、地理環境以真實和幻想交織的手法呈現。我以形象化的飛鳥來跟這大樓的用戶及觀眾溝通。整個裝置藝術啟發了從不同地方的旅人共同進入這名叫「家鄉」，一個理想的目的地。
Drawing
ideas and inspirations from the environment and history of Tseung Kwan O, Hang
Hau and Sai Kung, I would like to present an artwork that’s a cross between
history and fantasy. The figurative manifestation of birds is a way to communicate with the
audience and users of the building. The whole installation and setting of
artworks suggests
the harmonious ideal and journey with people from different places coming into
a single unified place called “hometown”.

江記(江康泉) Kongkee (Kong
Khong-chang)
江記原名江康泉，沒有分辨喜劇和悲劇的能力，令人哭笑不得，致力繪寫震撼人心的悲情巨著，但卻差錯腳成為搞笑漫畫家。連載中的漫畫作品有《飯氣》、《Pandaman》等。另有個人作品《瑕疵鞋》 I 及 II，與智海合著的《大騎劫 ──漫畫香港文學》。2009起與創作人羅文樂成立動漫發展單位Penguin Lab。
Born Kong Khong-chang, Kongkee does not have the ability to
define comedy and tragedy, and has always made people feel like both crying and
laughing. Kongkee originally wanted to create classical tragedy comics, but
precisely this quality has made him a comic-comedian. His ongoing series are Ricegas and Pandaman. Publications include Imperfect
Shoes vol. I & II., Hijacking -
Comic Hong Kong Literature (co-author Chihoi). In 2009, he co-founded a
comics and art company, Penguin Lab, together with Lawman.

每天都有很多市民到訪土瓜灣市政大廈暨政府合署，令整個地方感覺熱鬧又有生氣。市民通過電梯大堂到各樓層辦理各種事務。江記從中感受到土瓜灣的活力，以插畫的方式表現出來，把暖暖的人情味由大街小巷滲透大樓之中。
Many people come to Tokwawan Market and Government Offices every day making
this building bustling and lively. Through the elevator at
the lobby, people go to different floor for various kinds of business. Kongkee feels the vitality of
Tokwawan and it is manifested in his illustrations.
The warmth of human interaction from the streets and alleys
immerse into the building.

吳家俊 Ng Ka-chun
吳家俊於1985年出生，2008年畢業於香港浸會大學視覺藝術院，並在火炭設立工作室。作品分別於澳洲、深圳及本地畫廊展出，亦同時參與多個公共藝術計劃，及為社區藝術空間「活化廳」的核心成員。近年主要展覽包括「Exhibition under a Breeze」、「The
GREAT Dilemmas in Life」、「西九空間—香港雕塑雙年展2012」及「拾遺- 吳家俊、黃振強作品聯展」。
Ng
was born in 1985. After graduating from the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong
Baptist University in 2008, Ng set
up his studio in Fo Tan. His artworks were exhibited in Australia, Shenzhen and
local galleries. He also involved in various public art
projects and he is a core member of the community art space ”Woofer Ten”.
Recent exhibitions included Exhibition

Life, Hong Kong Sculpture Biennial 2012 and Shed – NG

來自不同家庭的舊櫈椅，成為一個個立方體雕塑，出現在政府大樓內的公共空間，模糊了公共與私人之間的領域外，也拉近了政府與市民、家庭與社會的公共與私人空間的距離。
Used
furniture from different families sealed in transparent substance and become cubical sculptures. They
are suddenly taken
out of context and placed at a government building, blurring the boundary between the concepts of private and public. In turn, the distance between
government and people which implies public and private will become
significantly closer.

李樹勳 Lee Shu-fan
李樹勳為活躍於香港及中國內地的建築設計師，先後於1995年及1998年獲美國加州柏克萊大學建築學士(高等榮譽)及建築碩士學位。自2004年起為「札藝工作室」總監。
Lee Shu-fan
has been actively working in Hong Kong and the mainland China after graduating
from Berkeley in A.B.
degree in Architecture (High Honors) in 1995 and Master of Architecture
in 1998. Lee is the Director of “Studio Zhai Limited” since 2004.
四個東The Four Orients
金鐘道政府合署高座的大堂是一個用作短暫停留的地方，並不是一個目的地。讓我們給這個地方一個定向，讓它成為一個難忘的目的地，給它一個名字。
這一系列的藝術品共有四個「東」字--「東」英譯為Oriental，而Orientation則解作「方向」--作品既標示了大樓的方向，給人們一種有目標的感覺，將這種東方色彩注入這西方風格的建築中。而最重要的，是要令大堂成為一處能夠與藝術互動的目的地。
The lobby of the Queensway Government Offices is a transient
space, never a destination.
Let’s give the space orientations, an unforgettable identity, and make it a
destination – let’s give it a name.
The artworks are four pieces of sculpture in the Chinese
word “East” which also means “oriental”. It gives orientations to people in the
space, gives the space a sense of purpose, injects a sense of orientalism in a western style architecture, and most of all,
makes the place a destination to interact with art.
